Start with onboarding.
It covers the visit or the call, connecting your WhatsApp number, your first approved template and your first live campaign, sent with you. The Meta step is yours and we have never timed it, so we do not quote it: for some businesses it is an afternoon, for others Meta asks for documents first.
We write back within one working day
Want it run for you? We run it.
Four campaigns a month, written, designed and sent by our team. Available on every plan, cancel with the plan.
- Four campaigns a month, planned on a festival and season calendar
- Written in English and your local language, submitted to Meta for approval
- The WhatsApp image for each campaign, designed by us
- Your contact list imported and cleaned every month
- Delivery and opt-outs checked after every send
- A one-page report and a 20-minute planning call each month
What a message costs you
Three kinds of message, three different prices, all of them Meta’s and all of them on your own bill.
- A promotional message, an offer or a festival greeting, is the expensive kind. A reminder, an order update or a pickup notice is the cheap kind, and it costs a fraction of a promotional one. The console shows which kind each template is, and the total before every campaign.
- A customer writing to you costs you nothing to receive. Your reply to them is charged by Meta at its lowest rate, the same one an order update carries. Until 1 October 2026 Meta charged nothing for a reply sent within a day of the customer writing, and Meta now charges for them. Anyone still telling you a reply costs nothing is quoting the old rule.
- The rate is Meta’s and moves without us, so it is never fixed on this page. You see it in the console before a campaign goes, and on your Meta invoice after.
- The number is in your name, and so is the account behind it. If you leave, both go with you, with your list and your history exported on the way out.
Meta’s own pricing pages, read 11 October 2026.
- Messages are billed by Meta, to you. Every message goes out on your own WhatsApp Business Account, and Meta bills your own payment method at Meta’s rate for that message. The plan never includes messages, and we take nothing per message and never will. What a message costs depends on its kind, and the block below says which kind costs what.
- Templates are counted, sends are not. Your plan covers the templates we write and get approved for you, marketing or utility in any mix. Each message sent is billed by Meta to you, and the console shows the cost before you send.
- If a charge fails. Sending pauses 14 days after a failed monthly charge. Your contacts, campaigns and consent log stay and export keeps working. Sending resumes when the charge goes through.
- Cancelling. No minimum term. Cancel any time by writing to reach@yedidstudio.com; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data is deleted 30 days after the last paid period, and you can export all of it before then.
- What we host for you. We hold the software, the hosting and the database and run them for you. That is the one thing you rent. Your WhatsApp Business Account, your Meta billing and your data are yours throughout, and every export works on any day, including the last one.
- Your data is only yours. Your data is never combined with another business’s, and none of it is used to train any AI system. We see it only to run the service for you.
Provisional. These are our costs for running the service, published so the price can be checked rather than trusted. They will be revised when the first businesses have run for a quarter.
Hosting and the database are shared across every business on the service: about US$45 a month, Rs 3,780 at Rs 84 to the dollar, in total rather than per business.
Taking the payment: Razorpay charges 2 percent of each monthly figure plus 18 percent GST on that fee, about Rs 19 on Basic, Rs 35 on Pro and Rs 83 on Premium a month. It comes out of our side, never yours.
The service covers its own hosting from the fifth Basic business onward. Everything after that pays for the people running it.
The founding offer, a first month free counted from the first live campaign, costs nothing per business beyond the hosting above, which is paid with or without them. Onboarding is charged as usual because it is our time.
GST on the plan is added at billing as applicable and is never absorbed into the figure.
Not in the model, and said so: the AI conversations on Premium, which is why Premium carries a monthly allowance; our time on the managed add-on; support; and the Meta step when we help with it.
