Read it, try it, before you talk to us.
Start wherever you like. None of these needs a call with us first.
The rules Meta sets, in plain words.
Every business on WhatsApp’s business platform works inside these, whoever hosts it. We read them on Meta’s own pages so you do not have to.
Opt-in comes first
You may message only people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from your business, by name. A request to stop, on WhatsApp or off it, has to be respected.
WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy ↗First messages are templates
A message that starts a conversation has to be a template Meta has approved: marketing, utility or authentication. Review can take up to 24 hours, and a template that mixes an offer with an update is treated as marketing.
Meta: template categorization ↗Meta charges per delivered template
Since 1 July 2025, Meta charges for each template message delivered, at a rate set by its category and the customer’s country.
Meta: pricing ↗Replies are charged now
A customer writing to you costs you nothing to receive. Since 1 October 2026, Meta charges your replies per message, at the rate of an order update, its lowest. After 24 hours without a word from the customer, only a template can reach them.
Meta: pricing ↗A new business starts at 250 a day
A new business can start conversations with 250 different people in 24 hours. The limit rises once the business is verified, or as it keeps its message quality high.
Meta: messaging limits ↗Read on Meta’s pages on 12 October 2026. Meta changes these; when it does, its page is right and this one is out of date.
A hosted WhatsApp marketing service for small businesses. You log in, your customers hear from you, and Meta bills your messages to you at its own rate. Yedid Studio, our parent, builds the operations software underneath.
The WhatsApp Business Account is yours, and Meta bills it to you directly. The number is in your name, and if you leave, it goes with you. Your customer list, consent log and campaign history are yours, and you can export all of it as CSV on any day. We host the software and the database and run them for you; that is the one thing you rent.
No. Meta charges you for each message at its own published rate, on your own payment method, and we take nothing per message and never will. What a message costs depends on its kind: a promotional message costs several times what a reminder or an order update costs, and the console shows the total before every campaign, so there is never a surprise bill.
Not any more. Until 1 October 2026 Meta charged nothing for replies sent within a day of the customer writing to you, and it now charges for them per message, at the same rate as an order update, which is its lowest. A customer writing to you still costs you nothing to receive. If somebody tells you a reply costs nothing, they are quoting the old rule.
Keep the app for the customers you talk to one at a time. It sends one message at a time from one phone, keeps no record of who asked to stop, and shows you nothing about what reached whom. A plan sends the same offer to everyone on your list who agreed to hear from you, in one go, records every opt-out, and shows the cost before it goes. The hour your staff spend typing the same line goes back to the counter.
Sending pauses after the grace period on the Plans page. Your contacts, campaigns and consent log stay where they are and export keeps working. Cancel by writing to us, and it takes effect at the end of the paid period; your data is deleted after the notice period unless you have exported it.
Onboarding is one visit or one call: we connect your WhatsApp number, write and get your first template approved, and send the first campaign with you. The Meta step is yours and we have never timed it, so we do not quote it: for some businesses it is an afternoon, for others Meta asks for documents first.
It sits in the database we host, under your own login, and we see it only to run the service for you. It is never combined with another business’s and never used to train anything.
Start with the channel check: five questions, your own numbers, and you leave knowing what the channel is worth to you. Then pick a plan and book your onboarding; we write back within one working day to fix it. A call comes before it, if you want one.
WhatsApp, today. Instagram replies, search visibility and a content pipeline are in discovery, and each opens only when there is real work behind it.
