A walkthrough of what a Reach build does

What a build is, in four steps

  1. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account.
  2. We wire it to your own order data.
  3. We build the campaigns. You decide when they send.
  4. Meta bills you directly. We take nothing per message.

The product

See a campaign before you commit to one

Pick a piece of the build and see the screen your team gets. No guessing what it looks like on the day it lands.

Draft it, test it, send it live

A sample preview. Every real campaign is drafted against your own data and sent from your own account.

How a build actually goes

Four steps. You own the account at the end of it, and you owned it at the start.

  1. You connect your own account

You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta Embedded Signup. It stays yours.

  2. We wire it to your data

We wire it to the data you already have: orders, customers, whatever the business actually runs on.

  3. We build the campaigns

We build the campaigns, the templates and the opt-out path.

  4. You send, Meta bills you

You send. Meta bills you directly, at Meta rates.

Five places they find you. One place they talk to you.

A short video, a comment, a search result: each one is a door. Every door opens onto the same WhatsApp conversation, on your own number, where the order actually gets placed.

Five doors. One conversation, and it is on your own account.

What is in a build

Everything you need to reach your customers, across three tiers

Not a seat in somebody else’s platform. A working system on your own accounts, with the parts a customer network actually runs on. Rows without a tag are in every tier; the pricing below carries the full tier table.

WhatsApp Business API

Available now

Campaigns, segments, templates and the opt-out path, wired to your own order data.

Who you can reach

The list, and what you can do to it.

  • Contact directory with import and export
  • Per-contact detail and erase
  • Manual lists and tags
  • A segment computed off your own data
  • Full audience layer: spend tiers, recency, named segmentsPro and up

What you send

The message itself, before anyone receives it.

  • Draft, test and live modes
  • Template library, save and approvePro and up
  • Header media in templatesPremium
  • Rerun a previous campaignPremium

When it goes out

The send, and what it will cost before it runs.

  • Campaign send and outbox

  • Scheduled send, one-tap confirmPro and up
  • Concurrent campaigns, frequency capsPremium

What comes back

Status per message, and the way a customer leaves.

  • Delivery status per message
  • Stop button and typed stop phrases
  • Suppression list

In discovery

Being scoped, not offered yet. Each one opens the day there is real work behind it, and not before.

  • Instagram replies
  • Search visibility
  • Content pipeline

What is already handled

The parts a business usually discovers late, decided up front and written down.

What you can reach

Reach them when it matters.

From a weekend offer to a win-back, every one of these is built and running today. Reach gets the message out, Target decides who hears it, and Control tells you what happened.

Seasonal pushes, saved templates and spend-tier targeting need Pro or above. Everything else is in every tier.

Reach

Get the message out.

  • Offer blasts

The weekend deal, to everyone opted in, drafted and tested before a single message goes out.

  • Seasonal pushes

Festival menus, new stock, closing dates. Scheduled ahead, confirmed with one tap.

  • Templates that keep working

Saved, approved, reusable. The message that worked last month is one click from working again.

Target

Decide who hears it.

  • Win-backs

A segment of customers gone quiet, computed off your own orders, reached before they forget you.

  • Spend-tier targeting

Your best customers hear about the good stuff first. Tiers are computed against your own numbers.

Control

Know exactly what happened.

  • Sends you can audit

Every send logged with its status, per message, on your own deployment, yours to export.

  • A clean list

Opt-outs are honoured mechanically. The customers on your list are the ones who want to be.

  • A bill you control

Meta bills your own payment method, at Meta rates, with a cost preview before every send.

What we build

How it is priced

Three things you can pay for. Only one of them is required.

One build fee. You own the result.

Every tier is the same software, built onto your own accounts. Pay it up front, or spread the same fee over twelve months. The features follow the tier, never the payment method.

One payment, licence vests on handover of the final build.

Studio working days are what we commit. Elapsed time is an estimate, counted with your readiness pack complete on day one; days a build spends waiting on inputs move it out, and a build parked long enough is re-quoted before it resumes.

Need something outside these tiers? Tell us what you are trying to move and we will scope it on a call. Book a call

Questions owners actually ask

What is Yedid Reach?

A services brand. We build marketing channels, starting with WhatsApp, on accounts you own, wired to your own data, and hand you the keys. Yedid Studio, our parent, builds the operations software underneath.

Who owns what, exactly?

The WhatsApp Business Account is yours. The deployment runs in your own cloud accounts. The customer list is yours. The build is licensed to your business, and the source code is handed over once the licence fully vests. What is rented is Meta’s delivery, per message, and you pay Meta for it directly.

Do you take a cut of my messages?

No. Meta bills your own payment method at Meta rates. We take nothing per message and never will.

What happens if I stop paying an instalment?

Vesting pauses and maintenance stops. The deployment keeps running in your own cloud. We do not hold a switch on your channel, on purpose.

How long does a build take?

The number we commit is studio working days, and the tier table above carries it per tier. Elapsed time is an estimate: roughly a month for Basic, about two for Pro, about three for Premium, counted from the day your readiness pack is complete. Days a build spends waiting on inputs move the estimate out, and a build parked long enough is re-quoted before it resumes.

Can you see my customer data?

The deployment and its database live in your own accounts, so your customer data sits with you, not with us. It is never pooled with another client’s and never used to train anything.

Is there something to try before committing?

There is no self-serve product, deliberately. Start with the channel check: five questions, your own numbers, and you leave knowing what the channel is worth to you. A call comes after that, if you want one.

Which channels do you build?

WhatsApp, today. Instagram replies, search visibility and a content pipeline are in discovery, and each opens only when there is real work behind it.

Tell us what you are trying to move

A short call, and you leave it knowing whether this is worth building for your business. Nothing to sign and no obligation either way.
