Three plans, hosted for you.
They differ by how much you do yourself: Basic, our team sends from your text; Pro, you run it; Premium, your whole team does.
How it is priced
One monthly plan, one onboarding fee, and help if you want it.
The plan
A flat monthly figure for the hosted software, your login and your number. No minimum term, cancel any time. Meta bills your messages to you at its own rate, and we add nothing to them.
Onboarding, once
One visit or one call: we connect your WhatsApp number, write and get your first template approved, and send your first campaign with you. Charged once, separately from the plan.
We run it for you
An optional monthly add-on on any plan: four campaigns a month written, designed and sent by our team, your list kept clean, and a one-page report. For the owner who wants the result and not the console.
Your customers hear from you every week. You pay one flat monthly fee.
We host it, you log in. Your WhatsApp number stays yours, Meta bills you directly for every message at Meta’s rate, and we add nothing to it. Every figure on this page is plus GST as applicable.

What a message costs you
Three kinds of message, three different prices, all of them Meta’s and all of them on your own bill.
- A promotional message, an offer or a festival greeting, is the expensive kind. A reminder, an order update or a pickup notice is the cheap kind, and it costs a fraction of a promotional one. The console shows which kind each template is, and the total before every campaign.
- A customer writing to you costs you nothing to receive. Your reply to them is charged by Meta at its lowest rate, the same one an order update carries. Until 1 October 2026 Meta charged nothing for a reply sent within a day of the customer writing, and Meta now charges for them. Anyone still telling you a reply costs nothing is quoting the old rule.
- The rate is Meta’s and moves without us, so it is never fixed on this page. You see it in the console before a campaign goes, and on your Meta invoice after.
- The number is in your name, and so is the account behind it. If you leave, both go with you, with your list and your history exported on the way out.
Meta’s own pricing pages, read 11 October 2026.
Messages are billed by Meta, to you
Every message goes out on your own WhatsApp Business Account, and Meta bills your own payment method at Meta’s rate for that message. The plan never includes messages, and we take nothing per message and never will. What a message costs depends on its kind, and the block below says which kind costs what.
Templates are counted, sends are not
Your plan covers the templates we write and get approved for you, marketing or utility in any mix. Each message sent is billed by Meta to you, and the console shows the cost before you send.
What we host for you
We hold the software, the hosting and the database and run them for you. That is the one thing you rent. Your WhatsApp Business Account, your Meta billing and your data are yours throughout, and every export works on any day, including the last one.
Your data is only yours
Your data is never combined with another business’s, and none of it is used to train any AI system. We see it only to run the service for you.
If a charge fails
Sending pauses 14 days after a failed monthly charge. Your contacts, campaigns and consent log stay and export keeps working. Sending resumes when the charge goes through.
Cancelling
No minimum term. Cancel any time by writing to reach@yedidstudio.com; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data is deleted 30 days after the last paid period, and you can export all of it before then.
A hosted WhatsApp marketing service for small businesses. You log in, your customers hear from you, and Meta bills your messages to you at its own rate. Yedid Studio, our parent, builds the operations software underneath.
The WhatsApp Business Account is yours, and Meta bills it to you directly. The number is in your name, and if you leave, it goes with you. Your customer list, consent log and campaign history are yours, and you can export all of it as CSV on any day. We host the software and the database and run them for you; that is the one thing you rent.
No. Meta charges you for each message at its own published rate, on your own payment method, and we take nothing per message and never will. What a message costs depends on its kind: a promotional message costs several times what a reminder or an order update costs, and the console shows the total before every campaign, so there is never a surprise bill.
Not any more. Until 1 October 2026 Meta charged nothing for replies sent within a day of the customer writing to you, and it now charges for them per message, at the same rate as an order update, which is its lowest. A customer writing to you still costs you nothing to receive. If somebody tells you a reply costs nothing, they are quoting the old rule.
Keep the app for the customers you talk to one at a time. It sends one message at a time from one phone, keeps no record of who asked to stop, and shows you nothing about what reached whom. A plan sends the same offer to everyone on your list who agreed to hear from you, in one go, records every opt-out, and shows the cost before it goes. The hour your staff spend typing the same line goes back to the counter.
Sending pauses after the grace period on the Plans page. Your contacts, campaigns and consent log stay where they are and export keeps working. Cancel by writing to us, and it takes effect at the end of the paid period; your data is deleted after the notice period unless you have exported it.
Onboarding is one visit or one call: we connect your WhatsApp number, write and get your first template approved, and send the first campaign with you. The Meta step is yours and we have never timed it, so we do not quote it: for some businesses it is an afternoon, for others Meta asks for documents first.
It sits in the database we host, under your own login, and we see it only to run the service for you. It is never combined with another business’s and never used to train anything.
Start with the channel check: five questions, your own numbers, and you leave knowing what the channel is worth to you. Then pick a plan and book your onboarding; we write back within one working day to fix it. A call comes before it, if you want one.
WhatsApp, today. Instagram replies, search visibility and a content pipeline are in discovery, and each opens only when there is real work behind it.
